I take great pride in making my property as lovely as I would want it to be for myself, top quality hotel standards, but with a warm and relaxing home feel.

The property is clean and warm. It is fully equipped, perfectly organised and free of clutter. All you need to bring are your own clothes, phone and laptop. But above all bring your happy and honest heart!

Room: £150/week - The ensuite bedroom has Barker & Stonehouse furniture. It has a comfortable mattress double bed, a complete set of bedding, two night tables with two lamps, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, and a TV. There are exquisite decorative elements to enchant the eye.

All bills are included in the weekly fee (Sunday pm - following Sunday am weeks), with no allowance for early termination or part-occupancy.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation on offer! In addition there are pleasant decorative elements to enchant the eye.

The bedrooms have large windows allowing plenty of warm sunshine through. They are fully carpeted with ivory wool carpet, as most of the property.

The property is a very large, modern, warm, immaculate luxury detached property located adjacent to Saltwell Park.

Behind the property there is a gloriously huge garden neighbouring the impressive Victorian Saltwell Park, where one can take extensive walks.

There is broadband available and safe free parking in front of the property.

The location offers excellent transport links to Newcastle's vibrant Quayside with its great choice of bars, restaurants and leisure facilities, the city centre being minutes away. The Newcastle Central Station and The Metro Centre, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, are also few minutes away.

The Team Valley is five minutes away, this being a large and famous light/non-polluting industrial estate where lots of professionals relocate for work.

Queen Victoria Hospital is also five minutes away, this major hospital attracting lots of new medical staff due to various new employment contracts.

Bus 21 runs along Durham Road every few minutes 5am till 12 mid-night towards the city centre. Bus 53/54 connects to Newcastle station regularly yet again. Both bus stops are within minutes walk from the front door in a very safe and well lit zone.

The fitted kitchen comprises integrated appliances: fridge/freezer, washer, microwave, stainless steel electric oven with gas hob and stainless steel extractor canopy, hoover, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All the crockery, cutlery, glassware, silicon utensils and non-stick pans are high quality and available to use, without the need to acquire any extras.

I will provided a written agreement. There will be the deposit plus the first four-weeks' fee o pay prior to moving in.

I am looking for single professionals or mature students, who are sociable, considerate, and clean and tidy. I would like professionals who are busy with their productive professional lives; who pay the weekly fee on time and who are sensitive to the needs of others, while respecting the property and preserving its pristine condition.
