Large room in mid-terrace behind Old Durham Rd

Hello!

I’ve got a large room with king size bed in Deckham available from 7th Feb. Well-equipped and bedding and towels can be included too. Shared bathroom with one other lodger.

Short-term let’s with rolling monthly contracts because I’m selling my house so will probably only be here for another 1-2 months. Perfect for someone new to the area who wants time to explore before deciding where to live long-term.

I don’t mind smoking as long as it’s outside either on the back roof terrace or the front step.

Must be ok with dogs because I sometimes dog sit. I’m currently looking after a cat for a few weeks so must be ok with a cat.
