This is a cosy furnished 3 bedoom property, housing the owner, another lodger and two cats. The house has been recently decorated and is very spacious, with a large kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room, front and back garden (full of flowers and even a hot tub!), conservatory and plenty of storage space in the attic. There is a shed in which bikes can be stored and parking at the front, as well as a drive in the back garden. The house gets plenty of sun and is very bright.

The house is an end-terrace in a quiet, pleasant area. There is a local corner shop and a small Tesco less than 10 minutes walk away. The house is also about 25 minutes walk from Gosforth High Street. There is a bus stop very close by and it takes 15-20 minutes to get into town. There are more buses available from a bus stop which is also within a 10 minute walk.
