We are renting out the annex that is attached to our house.

It is perfect for the professional that is fed-up with house shares, arguing over milk and who should wash the pans and wants some space of their own.

The annex contains an open plan kitchen/ living area with convention hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer.

The living area has a comfy chair and a breakfast bar type table.

There is a lovely wet room with a shower.

And a single bedroom.

We are a 6 minute walk from the metro, 5 minutes to local shops and takeaways, a 10 minute walk to Regent Centre and 15 minutes to Gosforth high street.

The annex includes on street parking.

The people living in the house attached are myself (Becca, age 32), my husband (Dan, age 38) and my step-son (Luca, age 18) and baby- Lily.

All bills (except council tax) are included.
