Description

This is a very large and unusual flat that it is situated in a suburb of Gosforth, called Coxlodge and the postcode is: NE3. The property is available let by the individual room. The flat is positioned above three shops and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a utility room and an outside balcony area. The property is only about one minutes walk from the bus stop and about seven or eight minutes walk to either Wansbeck Road or Fawdon Metro stations. Utility Room

Again this room is fully tiled and is equipped with an automatic washer, a tumble dryer, a large fridge and freezer.

Central heating

The property has full central heating system powered by an “A” rated combination boiler! The loft has recently been insulated and the walls are cavity filled.

Security

The property has the benefit of a hard wired smoke alarm system and emergency lighting. The property complies with all of the latest regulations and each bedroom door has a lock.
Rental includes water rates, council tax, and television licence for the television I provide.

The only bills tenants have responsibility for are gas, electricity and broadband.

I'm advised by the tenants that gas and electricity cost in the region of £114 per month in the colder months falling to about £80 per month in the warmer months. This is to cover gas, electricity and broadband. The other bills are paid by the landlord, There will be a maximum of two tenants in the property for the moment
