Large double room with en suite and bath available from end of October 545 pcm

I am looking for a professional female aged at least 25 to share my beautiful home, ideally you will not be working shifts and work normal hours. the house is in the centre of Gosforth two minutes walk to the park just off the high street, 5 min walk from metro station and 4 mins into town by bus. You would be sharing with other mature professional females ages from 27 to 38. The house comes with a large lounge and plasma t. v, an enormous newly fitted kitchen/dinner with cashmere gold granite worktops, South facing lawned back garden for the summer months. Plenty of free parking. The house is situated just off Gosforth high Street and takes 4 minutes to walk to either metro stations, easy quick access to town by bus which takes 4 mins to get into centre of town from the high street, also close to A1 and walking distance to Regent centre takes four minutes.

The room prices vary from 425 - 545 depending on size and en suite facilities, however the bills are included in the price.

I am looking for a professional non smoking female who works normal hours and not shifts and does NOT smoke. The house is chilled and relaxed and is not a party house however we do let our hair down at the weekend.

There is flexibility and I can offer a short term let

The room is for single habitation, we have a strict rule for overnight guest staying only three times per month, so if you are wanting your boyfriend/girlfriend to sleep over all the time then this is not the house for you as we do not want a crowded house.
