Double Room in Gosforth House Share

Hi there, my partner and I use one bedroom in a newly refurbished 4-bed semi-detached house located within a quiet residential area of Gosforth. We both work full time, so we just relax and chill evenings and weekends.

We have one room rented out to a nice lad, and are looking to find a housemate to take over one of the spare double rooms.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed & linen, infinite storage space with integrated wardrobes chest of drawers. We are happy to put in a desk if preferred. Pleasant view of the garden not overlooked by anyone. Bills & full fibre broadband (300Mbps) included. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower, plus a downstairs cloakroom if that's occupied, to share with James (in the other room - we won't use either). Shared access to the kitchen, living /dining /sitting rooms and laundry room (washer/dryer) as you need :)

We will not charge you anything extra - no council tax, no bills, no dishwasher pods or laundry detergent :)
