The room is a neat and tidy fully furnished single bedroom that includes a bed, a table and chair, one big wardrobe, one shelf, and one small bedside table. (The room is downstairs).

We share the living room, kitchen, and washroom. And the people are very friendly too.

Kitchen comes with a microwave, induction, kettle, oven, fridge, toaster, and storage space for everyone.

The washroom comes with a bath tub and shower too.

ASDA is just in-front of the house, and the Wansbeck Metro is in 1-minute walking distance. ALDI is in 5 mins walking distance. Regent centre is in 10 mins walking distance. Northumbria and Newcastle universities, are in 10 mins distance by bus.

I’m 21, and I’m sharing this house with the landlord and one other person. They are very friendly (me too😅). So we are expecting a friendly young man or woman in their 20s to move in with us from September.
