My original flatmate has just relocated 😢 leaving a lovely double bedroom available in this 2 bed apartment!

The apartment is fully furnished, clean and modern, with lots of storage space. There’s an open kitchen/dining/living room, plus separate utility room with washing machine/combo dryer. You'll have your own en suite with a shower, but there's also a bathtub in the main bathroom.

As we’re on the 5th floor of a complex of apartments, it’s really safe and quiet. There's a multi-storey car park, so if you tell the property manager your car registration you can park in any spot. The building has two sets of lifts so there’s backup if one goes out of service.

In terms of location, we’re 5 mins from Regent Centre metro station, 10 mins from ASDA Superstore, M&S Food, and Gosforth High Street. Also literally across the road there’s a library and leisure centre with gym, swimming pool, and sauna!

The rent is £613 per month, bills not included, so it would be approx. an extra £100 per month to cover the electricity, water, and wifi.

I'm looking for a female flatmate of similar age ideally, who is clean and easy going. As I'm a secondary school teacher who just moved to Newcastle last year, it'd be great to find someone who's up for occasionally exploring cafes, restaurants, galleries etc ☺️
