Bedroom to let in cosy family home

We have a bedroom available to let in our family home. We are a family of 3 with 2 dogs.

Our home has a lovely family kitchen with all the appliances that you could need including a washing machine. We have two living rooms, a bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. We have a garden with a lawn and patio with a fire pit. There is also a wooden yurt in our garden with a wood burning stove that our lodger will be allowed to share. There is an allotment that leads off our garden so if you fancy digging or managing your own vegetable patch you can certainly do that.

This is a completely non smoking house and we don't want a lodger that has an occasional smoke outside.

The metro is 5 minutes walk away. Local shops and pubs are the same distance. Gosforth High Street is 15 minute walk.
