Rent is £407.50 a month and bills approx. £180 a month. I will pay the changeover fee.
You will have the two rooms pictured, and share a lounge/ kitchen/bathroom.
The two rooms are unfurnished, but you could use bed frame/ wardrobe/ wooden drawers whilst living here. And we can discuss regarding the other items I’ve purchased.
Brilliant location, 2 min walk from Gosforth High Street, free and permit parking available, easy transport links to town / across Newcastle via. metros and buses!
