Double room available to rent in a 2-bed upper Tyneside flat in South Gosforth.

My current flatmate is moving out end of June/ start of July so I am looking for a new flatmate. The flat is fully furnished and in a great location.

- 3 min walk to South Gosforth metro, close to Gosforth high street.
- 15 min walk to the freeman
- good links to A1

The flat has on street parking (no permit required) and bills are roughly 150-160/month depending on time of year.

I am a 25yo young professional from edinburgh, working in Newcastle/Northumberland. I enjoy sport, socialising with friends and relaxing watching tv. I would love someone likeminded to share a flat with.
