Marks and Spencer and a large Asda supermarket are just 5 minutes’ walk away. There is on street parking available, with no permit required. Buses are frequent and take approximately 12 minutes to reach the city centre.

The flat is framed by a lovely wraparound garden with flowers, trees and grass in the front, and a pleasant patio with privacy hedge and flower beds around the back, to enjoy on sunny days. There is a washing line for drying clothes if you prefer to air dry outdoors, too.
