This is a 2 bed apartment, my current flatmate has just bought her own place leaving a lovely room with the sole use of the main bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished, super clean and modern, with lots of storage space and its own utility room. You’ll have your own bathroom with a shower/ bath. We’re on the 5th floor of Eldon View which is part of a complex that’s very safe and quiet, has a multi story car park, and lifts at both back and front.

We’re 5 mins from Regent Centre Metro station, 10 mins from the ASDA superstore, M&S Food, and Gosforth High Street. Also across the road there’s a library, leisure centre with a gym, swimming pool, and sauna!

Little bit about me, I’m a young professional working in healthcare (mainly Monday to Friday), I enjoy gym and general fitness, eating out, chilled nights in but equally love a good pub/ night out. Looking for someone ideally similar, a young professional.

The rent is £613 per month, bills not included, so it would be approx. £100 more per month to cover electricity, water, wifi, council tax.
