Gosforth - Short Term Rental

The house is quirky, clean and good vibes.
This is to stay with me, Lou & Barney, the 43kg Akita/Staffy cross.
I enjoy theatre, comedy, brewing beer, music and art. I work in HR/Payroll (snore).

These rooms are suitable for short term between 3 weeks - 3 months.

The rooms are newly decorated with new duvet & sheets. Includes a king sized bed or good sized single, and lots of storage space.
The rooms can come with mini fridge & kettle, if requested.

Tenants have access to the kitchen, south facing garden, their bedroom, upstairs WC, bathroom, garden and dining room.

The bedrooms have large TVs (45/50inch) with Netflix, Prime, BBC iPlayer, YouTube Premium, Disney + Channel 4& ITV.

All bills and household products are included - cleaning supplies, TP etc.
I manage all cleaning duties. Saying that, tenants are expected to tidy up after themselves in shared areas.

There is a space on the driveway or free parking on the road. Metro is 5 min walk from the house, going direct to city centre, Sunderland, the coast, and airport.
Metros leave every 15 minutes.

Door to door in to Newcastle city centre on the metro is 20 minutes.

I’m happy for tenants to have guests (within reason).

(£870 for couples in the big room)
