I am listing this room because my flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend, and I am looking for someone to take over a joint tenancy with me. The room available will be the rather large ex-living room that faces the street in an upstairs Tyneside flat. The location is pretty quiet, mainly family's live on the street, and is a five minute walk away from the south Gosforth metro station. There's Lidl close by and pubs from every direction, even, quite typically, a Greggs. There will be some furnishings in your room that you can either keep or hoy.

A little about me is that I am a single 26 Year old Chef who enjoys cooking, reading, photography and music. I like to keep the place clean and tidy.
