Cosy Room In Gosforth - Female Only

Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate to take over my friend's current tenancy. The Rent is 450 a month, with bills the cost all together would be around 600. We split the bills 50/50 and the council tax band is A. We are looking at the back end of Dec/ early Jan but with potential to move in sooner, just waiting to hear from the estate agents on her new home.

The flat itself is situated in a nice quiet area South Gosforth, just a five minute walk to the metro centre and a ten minute walk into Gosforth High-street. There is also a Lidl, Sainsbury's and Greggs just a five minute walk which makes the location very convenient.

The flat is cosy and very modern with all white goods, TV, washer/dryer and a bath/shower. The room includes a bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

I'm looking for a female who's friendly, clean possibly enjoys the odd meal/pub/takeaway every now and again but also respectful of each others space and privacy. As the flat is on the smaller side it would not be ideal for a partner to be here 24/7 but guests/partners/friends are totally fine!

I'm a 32 year old woman who is working towards an art teaching career and currently works in hospitality. I like painting/movies/gaming/going to the pub or cinema.
