Lovely apartment with owner occupier 1 cat occupie

I am a 57 year old female looking for a female to share a gorgeous apartment in the middle of Gosforth. 5. minutes walk to Gosforth high street. Stones throw to bus and metro links. A 20 minute walk into town and near Jesmond. My apartment is a perfect location . I am a retired nurse. Very friendly and outgoing looking for a likeminded rentee I am quite laid back . You will have free use of kitchen and lounge. My cat Gismo also resides at the property and as such he will be vetting any potential rentees! I have a cleaner who cleanes throughout the property every fortnight. I like to keep the apartment tidy but am not a complete neat freak.
