I’m looking for a new flatmate for my lovely 2-bed flat in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. The room available is a spacious double bedroom with a lovely garden view, available from 25th July.

The flat is in a great location — 5 mins walk to the Metro, with loads of lovely pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. It’s also only 15 minutes into Newcastle city centre, so perfect whether you work in town or just enjoy being close to everything.

The flat is furnished with my furniture, but there’s definitely space for you to add your own touches - whether that’s extra furniture, prints, plants or decor, make yourself at home!

A little about me — I’m really sociable and friendly, looking for someone who enjoys a relaxed, comfortable home environment. I love spending time together, whether that’s chatting over some wine, cooking, heading to the pub, grabbing a coffee, or getting outdoors. At the same time, I really value having our own space and downtime too, so the flat feels easy-going and comfortable for us both.

I’d love to find a fellow yapper who’s clean, considerate and looking for more than just somewhere to stay — hopefully we can be new friends and the flat will feel like home!
