2 bedroom gated flat, top of town moor in gosforth

My current house mate is moving out around Aug/Sep-26. Looking for someone to replace him.

The flat is 2 bedrooms only and is a part of an old but charming house down a long-gated driveway, Ideal for anyone who, like me enjoys quiet nights devoid of road noise. The vacancy sits below another flat currently rented by a young quiet couple. I have attached a video of the property i made when we first moved in last year, the room shown is the avaliable vacancy.

The landlord is a bubbly chap who also lives down the drive in a separate house front and right of the flat. His Dog coco can be spotted grazing by his door, and she will often walk over for a mandatory pet.

It is a 25 minute walk across town moor to town, there’s a bus stop directly outside of property, and on-street parking across the road, where I also park.

I am 27y old, working full time but also currently studying finance off-the job. I am quiet, clean and an easy-going person to live with. Hopefully looking for someone like-minded in that sense.

Costs:

Damage Deposit: £400

Rent: £400

Bills: We are responsible for the bills together so would need to collaborate, ensuring we have complete oversight of the costs between one another for fairness. The flat is Tax band E so it’s around £200. Water, Wifi, Gas & Electric will likely come short of £200, we are currently massively in credit for G&E so the actual cost is likely less.

So all in, the monthly estimate cost will be Rent £400 plus bills £200. Total: £600pcm
