Gorgeous, spacious, furnished double room with en-suite. In a spacious 4 bedroomed house in great park.
Shared with the owner this large home with garden and decking area, large kitchen, utility, downstairs, is excellent for commuting to town and next to A1. Parking available outside the home. There are 2 living rooms (one doubles as a playroom during the day on Tues wed and Thurs, as the owner is a childminder) but available to use any other time, with settee and large tv with sky tv. Other living room has large settee and chairs with tv inc sky tv. So no need to share living room.
The bedroom is large with kingsize double with 2 double wardrobes (only 1 double available for use as the other is used for storage of my daughters clothes she moved to Vietnam but uses the clothes when she come home once a year)
There is a private en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. There is also a large family bathroom with a bath to use.
Due to the owner being an childminder anyone living here will need a full dbs (this will be arranged and paid for by the landlord). It also means the tenant will not be able to work from home and should be out of the home during childminder opening times Tue wed Thurs 8.30-5.30 or in their room during these times.
Dogs accepted but not allowed there when childminder is open.
Last tenant stayed for 4 years.
