Hello! 👋 I am looking for a friendly flatmate to take over the largest room in a peaceful, green residential house right in the heart of Gosforth.

1️⃣ The flat
There are three rooms in total. I occupy the smallest room, the middle room is our cozy shared living space, and the largest room is all yours! We also have lovely front and back gardens to enjoy 🪴.

2️⃣ The Room
This is the biggest room in the house, filled with natural light from plenty of windows and lovely, quiet views of the residential street. (Just a quick note: it is semi-furnished, so you will need to buy your own bedframe and mattress).

3️⃣ Location
Super convenient and green!
- ASDA and M&S are a quick 5-10 minute walk away.
- Close to Gosforth High Street, local shops, and neighbourhood parks.
- Only a 5-10 minute max walk to the Metro station.
- Set in a very quiet, safe, and desirable area surrounded by greenery.

4️⃣ Financial Details
- Rent: £500 per month
- Bills + Council Tax: Not included (All bills approx. £200/month for two people)
- References: Required

I am a 32-year-old female professional who is clean, tidy, and values a peaceful, relaxed day-to-day lifestyle.
