Double Room

I have a newly furnished double room available in my property, possibly two rooms but would prefer to keep one spare. The house is located in a nice quiet street just off Gosforth high street and within easy reach of South Gosforth Metro. The flat has Broadband a large screen tv and new sofas as well as non permit parking on the street. There is also a shop at the bottom of the street which is handy. Me and my wife will be moving to scotland so you would basically have the flat to yourself, I would only be there 1/2nights a week
