Although a semi rural location, there are lots of pubs, shops and takeaways etc in the neighbouring villages. There is a retail park and shopping centre close by including supermarkets.
The village has bus links to Newcastle and the Metro Centre. Access to the A1 is close by.

The bedroom is a single room with plenty of floor space. There is a front and back yard with seating to chill out in the summer months. There is parking on the side road as this is a terraced house.
Ideally looking for someone clean, quiet and professional like myself. No pets or guests allowed unfortunately.
