Although a semi rural location, there are lots of pubs, shops and takeaways etc in the villages close by. There is a retail park and shopping centre close by including multiple supermarkets.
The village has bus links to Newcastle and the Metro Centre. Access to the A1 is close by.

The bedroom is a double room with plenty of floor space. There is a front and back yard with seating to relax and unwind out in the summer months. There is parking at the front of the house ☺️
Ideally looking for a professional tenant. This is a close knit quiet village. No pets allowed unfortunately.
