Double bedroom with ensuite and TV lounge

Double bedroom (3. 8m x 2. 9m) with ensuite (shower, wc and sink) in large detached 4 bed house on Lead Road. Live in owners have own lounge so the second lounge/diner(7m x 5m) is for use of lodgers with a 42" freeview TV and dining area. Communal large kitchen (5m x 4m) with usual appliances and washing machine and tumble dryer in attached garage off kitchen. Parking available on drive and decking area behind house which overlooks fields. Pet lover preferred because the owners have 4 cats, although the cats only have access to the garage and kitchen. Would be willing to negiotiate for week day only lodgers. A second room of the same size but with a large bathroom across the landing will be available shortly.
