We are looking for a housemate to live with us and our dog (Springer spaniel) in South Shields/Harton area.
You will be aged 30 or over, working full time, able to provide references and happy to live with a (small friendly) dog in the house.
The house is a massive 3 bedroom semi detached house with a huge back garden in Harton, near the Nook. Nearest metro is Chichester.
For £400 per month you get a very large double bedroom (12 foot by 13 foot), your own living room/study (12 foot by 10 foot), plus shared access to the kitchen, back garden, main living room and bathroom.
NB: There is only 1 bathroom, with a bath and shower in it and a separate toilet room.
All bills are included, and there is free high speed fibre broadband included. There is a driveway which has one spare parking space, which you can use if you have a car.
To move in you would need to pass referencing and pay £800 (one month in advance plus a £400 damage deposit).
