25 mins bus ride from Haymarket, bus stop right outside the front door, 2 every hour during the day. Local amenities literally on doorstep: shop, cash point, chip shop and woodland.

Large bike shed (with secure locking points) and yard to rear, herb garden and patio at the front, easy parking.
