Double room in beaut, homey flat

I've just moved home to Newcastle to try and sneak back into education via a social science foundation year. My parents own the flat (there are no agency fees so its super cheap for how lush the flat is). The room is a reasonably sized double, furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and bedside table.

The flat is really lovely- loads of space and light. The kitchen and living room are bigger than a standard tyneside flat and its just been decorated throughout. Its 3 minutes away from Chillingham rd shops and there is a no.1 bus stop right outside the front door which takes you to the centre in 15 minutes. There's also iris brickfield park right on the doorstep. 

I'm 25 and have been living in Bristol and working as a chef for the last 5 years. I'm pretty busy and social but also love time in to read (and watch terrible game shows). There's also often baked goods about when I'm around!

Would love to live with people I can get on well with and have a few shared meals or trips to the pub- rather than people that I'll never see. I'd prefer to live with students so as to avoid pesky council tax but am really not looking for a 'student lifestyle'.

I grew up in the area and think Heaton is pretty much the best place in the world to live.
