37 Warwick Street lovely large house with double bedrooms. features 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and yard. plenty of storage space throughout the house. all bills are included in the price. the house is on 3 floors with a downstairs bedroom, 2 bedrooms on the middle floor and 2 on the top floor, which are all fully furnished. really lovely house with beautiful furnishings in walking distance to both Northumbria and Newcastle University, and also close to several convenience stores and a large Morrisons. also very close to Heaton and Jesmond Dene and nearby to both the byker and Jesmond Metro stations. unfortunately I cannot move in next year due to personal reasons as I am having to relocate. anyone is welcome in the house and the residents are a lovely group who I can introduce you to. thanks!
