Vibrant area of Ouseburn is about 15minutes walk away. It takes about 25minutes walk to get to town, 10minutes on the bike, which you can park in hallway next to mine.
I'm opend to short term rents. The price per week would be £100 or £350 per month. Bills come up as 125per person per month. The room is availible from the first week of March.
