House is in an exceptionally good area in Heaton, as it is just off Heaton road. (Lovely cafes like Heaton Ingredient and Butterfly Cabinet are a two minute walk - and great for a weekend breakfast!)

The bus stop is literally around the corner (1 min walk) and there are regular timetables for Newcastle city centre and cobalt business park etc. The Metro stop in Heaton is a five minute walk.

Sainsbury’s local very close (1 min walk).
