Short Term Let! House Share W/ Yopro’S

Looking for a short term let??

My house has sold 2 days ago and is now in the solicitors/completion stage. I am told this takes absolute minimum 16 weeks at the moment (although who knows really). So I’m putting this up for short term rent.

Looking for 1 other individual/couple so there’s 2 lodgers total.

I have one other renter called Bert currently in bedroom 1 not pictured… his girlfriend called Lucy is often visiting from London. He works for edf energy and she’s a doctor. They are excellent and looking for chatty people to live with! I’m a paediatric doctor and spend most of my time at my partners house now.
Bed 1 (TAKEN)- large king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers.. Big mirror over the fireplace. Super sunny room. Black out blinds provided. £650/m for single occupancy. TAKEN

Bed 2 - smaller room with double bed, at the back of the house. Has wardrobe, matching drawers x2, desk and chair. Cute tiny fireplace. Quiet and light room but black out blinds provided. £650/m for single occupancy.

Bed 3 - middle bedroom with king size bed, 2 wardrobes and dressing table. Slightly quieter/darker as middle of the house but tall window let’s in lots of light. Black out blinds and heavy curtains provided. £650/m for single occupancy.

I have 2 bathrooms - one smaller with a shower and one larger with a free standing bath and shower. (Floor plan out of date!)

Plenty of space outside your bedroom - large living room, separate large dining room, new dining kitchen plus a chill sofa study and a spare room upstairs (visitors welcome!).

Bills are included
- Council tax band C
- Virgin internet and phone M350 fibre
- Electricity and gas
- TV license
- Water
- Cleaner included
- And obviously no agency fee’s cause its just me!


There’s a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There’s free street parking.

You can access the yard and kitchen back door via back lane and theres a sheds for bike storage.

10 minute walk to chilli road metro
<1 minute walk to buses
2 minute walk to Heaton Park (which connects to Jesmond Dene for miles of riverside walks)
4 minute walk to chilli road sainsburys. Tesco a bit further on, boots, post office, restaurants etc etc
Big Sainsburys 5 minute drive away

For those of you who are not local: Chillingham road/Heaton road are full of brunch spots with new restaurants popping up all the time. Sandyford restaurants are also in walking distance.

Ouseburn pubs/restaurants are just a £3-5 taxi away and town £5 ish.
