Heaton house near Chillingham Road

Hello!

I'm advertising 2 bedrooms in a 3 bed house in Heaton a street back from Chillingham road.
As the house is mine I can say with confidence that you'll like the interior especially the best shower in the world, the free standing bath, the Rangemaster hob and the fireplace. The house is warm & cozy and has seen many a happy night spent in it (as well as a full lockdown!). If you're interested let me know and if it hasn't already gone we can arrange either a virtual tour (via zoom or something) or an actual tour (with covid protection to suit you).

For those of you who don't know Newcastle geography:
Heaton is a 30 minute walk from the city centre, a 10 minute bike ride, a 5 minute car ride or a 10 minute metro (train) ride.
The house is situated 6 minutes away from the Chillingham Road metro station. The street itself is a mix of students, young professionals and families.
There's on street (free) parking and lots of supermarkets nearby. Chillingham road and Heaton road also boast some wonderful shops and restaurants including the Block and Bottle (an artisan butchers), and many more local restaurants. There are pubs, bars and microbreweries too :)
