Lodgings in Heaton/Sandyford

Room available in two-bedroom flat close to Heaton Park and City Stadium. 10-minute walk to the universities and 15-minutes into the centre of town.

I'm a university lecturer currently on a nine-month sabbatical, so I'll rarely be using the flat. You would have it to yourself 90% of the time and I would store most of my things in the spare room, out of your way. I do have a whippet (Edith) who will be with me when I'm visiting.

There's all the usual: broadband, washing machine (no dryer), etc. On street parking but it's a quiet street and there are usually spaces outside the front door. The bedroom has storage with under-bed drawers and a clothes rail.
