Housemate wanted.

I am looking for a new house mate for an attractive, spacious terraced house on a quiet pedestrian street. We are opposite Heaton Park and are within walking distance to shops, city centre, bus routes & metro. Newcastle & Nothumbria Universities are a 20 minute stroll away.
On the ground floor the house has a fitted kitchen with eating area, utility room, dining room and living room. On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one of which is occupied), a small study (guest room!) and a shared bathroom with separate toilet. I am on the third floor with my own bed/sit and bathroom.
Although I am resident in the house, I am an easy-going landlady and travel abroad a lot, spending the winter months in India.
Wifi and all bills are included.
If necessary, the room can be available from mid August.
