Spare Room in Heaton area

The house is quite spacious. It includes a large bathroom and a small W/C, we also have a quite decent kitchen and a small living room. All of us already staying here are mostly quiet people and we value a clean house and a peaceful environment. We are looking for someone who also prefers tidiness and a clean environment as well as being easy going. As we are all students looking to save some money on rent we are looking for someone to stay from the start of July ‘23 up until the end of June ‘24. The house is about a 10 min walk to the metro station and there are also bus stations nearby. Also as we are all students we don’t pay council tax. The rent will be 325£ per month plus the utilities.
