This room is a turnkey, fully bills inclusive package, so you only pay a fixed fee of £650-670 per month. One fixed fee that covers Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, TV License, Council Tax, Super-fast 350mb Broadband Internet, Sky Television and a fortnightly Cleaner.

A space on the upper landing provides access to a laundry area which houses both a washing machine and tumble dryer which are free to use.
