Heaton flat share

Hi,

Looking for a female flat mate, ideally with a similar working pattern to me, as a primary school teacher. It’d be nice to find someone who likes to chill and watch tv, but equally up for doing things!

The room is a double room looking onto the garden. The shared spaces are the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have both recently been fitted.

There’s a park (Iris Brickfield) at the end of the street, tesco about 5 mins walk away, bus stops about 3/4 min walk and the metro is a 15 min walk.

Parking is free all around Heaton, and I usually have parking on street, very close to the flat.

I have put 6 months as an initial contract length, but this may be able to be extended.
