Double room in Heaton flat (bills included)

Hello, I am looking for a female flat-mate to rent my spare room in a two bed flat. The room is a fully-furnished double and has a large built in cupboard which has a couple of rails to hang clothes, but also loads of space to store anything else. As the cupboard space is limited in the kitchen, there is no need to bring any utensils, pans or plates and you would be more than welcome to use whatever you need.

My flat is in Heaton, a 5 minute walk to the metro and roughly a 30 minute walk to the town centre for anyone who would prefer to walk. It has a range of shops and cafes close by, as well as a a couple of local parks, including Jesmond Dene. I have loved living in Heaton- it has so much to offer and some incredible independent restaurants (for any food lovers out there).

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful, but also sociable and up for going out for drinks etc.

I am a teacher, so tend to work long hours during the week, but love to make the most of the weekends by going out for walks at the beach, out for drinks, and to church on a Sunday.

It works out at roughly £460 plus all bills, bringing it to £615.
