Homely double Bedroom

Hi there, renting the second double bed in my flat, as my current amazing flatmate is living me for France. Been living there for two years, took it unfurnished and jut finished to furnished the all flat)

It’s a simple double bedroom but converted the third room as a walking closet to share. Which can also accommodate guest if you have anyone visiting you.

Rent is inclusive of all bills. Note that I will still need to add your name on the rental contract but I manage all the bills for easement.

On my side am either working, outdoors, crafting or cooking. I love hosting little dinners with my friends and go wild camping when possible.

It would be a massive plus if you surf, mountain bike, hike, skate, climb, basically anything outdoorsy to go have fun!
