Spare room to rent

Hi. Me and Nova are in need of a new flat mate to rent out the larger bedroom in the flat we rent as the current tenant is moving back home. Looking for someone who likes cats and wouldn’t mind bingeing the latest true crime doc on a night.

Current flatmate is looking to move out end of October but the contract would start 25th November but with potential to move in earlier if current flatmate moves out a bit earlier

I am looking for another female to fill the room , preferably 26 upwards

Bills are roughly £150/£200 each on top

Deposit to be paid to landlord £:380
Months first rent 25th Nov £380

So initial payment is £ 760

I work late nights on weekends. I don’t mind smokers we have a nice yard with table and chairs. I am a very considerable housemate. Can’t say the same about the cat. Be warned. She may bring you a worm or two as a present if she likes you.
