Room in beautiful Heaton flat

Hi!

I am looking for a flatmate to share this beautiful flat in Heaton with from the 1st of May as my lovely flatmate is relocating. The flat has been recently refurbished and it gets a lot of sun. Your room is a very good size (double) - bed and mattress are available to purchase from my current flatmate for an extra fee, if needed (see photos).

The flat has a private backyard and a garage for storing stuff/bikes/drying clothes. The location is excellent, just off Chillingham Road so close to lots of transport, cafes, bars & restaurants, as well as walking distance from Heaton Park/Jesmond dene.

I work in a software company (mostly working at the office in the city centre) and my interests include travel, music, dance, walking, cinema, languages, drinking tea.

I would like to share this beautiful flat with a person who also likes to keep the space clean and tidy & is respectful - it’s quite a chilled flat vibe.

There is a small room which we can use as a shared office space & can also serve as a spare room for guests.

Bills are not included in rent and at the moment are between £150-160pp.
