I am looking for a flatmate to share this beautiful flat in Heaton with from the 1st of Oct as my lovely flatmate is moving out.
The flat has a private backyard and a garage for storing stuff/bikes etc. The location is excellent, just off Chillingham Road so close to lots of transport, cafes, bars & restaurants, as well as walking distance from Heaton Park/Jesmond dene.
I work in a software company and my interests include travel, music, dance, walking, cinema, languages, drinking tea.
I would like to share this beautiful flat with a person who also likes to keep the space clean and tidy & is respectful - it’s quite a chilled flat vibe.
There is a small room which we can use as a shared office space & can also serve as a spare room for guests.
Bills are not included in rent and at the moment are between £150-160pp.
Also, the landlords are amazing super helpful and quick to sort out any issues.
