12 Month sublet 2bed furnished(include some bills)

Hello! For the next year, I'll be relocating to London for work and am seeking to sublet my entire house.

Nestled just off Rothbury Terrace, my house is an original three-bedroom end-of-terrace property. I've designated one room for my personal storage, leaving you with the entire house, excluding the single bedroom. The house comes furnished, you'll enjoy two spacious double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom boasting ample built-in storage.

Regarding bills, I'll cover internet, water, and council tax (you would be added to mine and pay your part directly to me) while you'll be responsible for your council tax, gas, and electricity expenses.

Ideally, I'm seeking a couple or professionals interested in sharing this space in a professional house share setup.
