Bright single/king bedroom in cosy home

Hello,

We are a sociable and clean household. HC and I (M) have been living together for 4 years and it's worked great so far. Our presence at home is unpredictable, but feel free to ask and I can explain. We are peaceful people who respect each other´s personal and private time but we also enjoy doing plenty of things together, from food shopping, to hiking, sharing meals, walks, watching movies, painting, puzzles, going out for meals, baking, crying and plenty of laughing, etc... Just the normal stuff you´d expect really! Some of our activity interests range from photography, to caring for and buying too many plants, PS games, galleries, good cinema, trash telly, music, yoga, running, bouldering, manga, lounging glamorously around the house, reading and cats.

The flat is upstairs and small but quite cosey. We are very near the entrance to heaton park, the number 1 bus stop, there is on street parking and a really ugly shared rear yard which gets sunshine. We do weekly cleaning rotas, the kitchen is small but fully equipped and we also have a space to hang laundry inside. The house isn't in the finest or newest state, but we try to keep it as nice as we can. The room has a comfy bed that transforms into a king, plenty of storage and has a curtain rail if you wanted to hang any up. It gets plenty of light throughout the afternoon and evening.

We are looking for someone to join our home for a while, maybe someone in transition or here for a limited time. Everything is included in the price: council tax, water, gas, electric, internet, netflix, cleaning products, toilet roll, bin bags, also bedding and towels if needed.

We are looking for someone with good craic and life energy, respectful, calm and not too overbearing. It's definitely not a party house but we like the occasional dinner and the odd drink, but we definitely don't get drunk. More than happy to do some stuff together if it happens or not, there's no pressure!
