Short Term Let (Stanmore Rd, Heaton)

I am looking for someone to take over my place in a lovely three bed flat in Heaton (Stanmore Road, NE6), with 2 other PhD students. It is available now until 7th September 2024. Rent is £350 per month (due July and August - June already paid for), not including bills. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and bookcase. There is one bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, and the kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Within a 3 minute walk, there are multiple bus stops that bring you to the University. The property is very close to Chillingham road, which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants, and very close to Jesmond Dene for access to green spaces and nature.
