We want you to feel at home in the house so we will arrange for anyone who wants to move into the property to meet the current tenants before signing the contract to make sure you all get along and would like to live together (unlike most landlords who will just put people in rooms).

THE TERM
We currently have 4 rooms available and we are looking for tenants to move in ASAP, and the term is until the 31st of August 2024 with the option to renew for a year or until 31st of August 2025 (Next year). However, if for any reason you want to move out earlier, you just need to find someone to continue your Tenancy (There is a £50 exchange contract fee and we are always transparent about everything).
