En suite room in Heaton 2 bed flat

Hello 👋 I’m looking for a flatmate in August, it’s a lovely 2 bed ground floor flat with 2 bathrooms (yours is next door to your room, front bedroom). Total with bills is about £700pm.

Hoping to live with someone social and get on well as mates, I didn’t know my previous flatmate before I moved in and we’ve become close friends now! He’s moving abroad, hence the room becoming available.

About me: I work as a designer, into sport, art, design, cooking, interiors, travelling, comedy. I’m from Heaton, moved back after living in a couple other places around Newcastle and Spain & Portugal for a bit.

One criteria I do have is that you don’t work from home (at least not primarily). I do 3/4 days a week and I worry we’d step on eachother’s toes throughout the day 😅

Flexible on move-in date for the right person. Keen to find a good fit so take the move in date with a pinch of salt.

I’m also in the process of getting some new furniture, so things might look a tad different. You will need to bring your own mattress, as my previous flatmate had his own and has taken that with him.
