I am a 25 year old female with a 4 bedroom flat looking for a singular flat mate.
I have a double room available in an upstairs maisonette and live on Trehwitt Road in Heaton. It’s just me here and I use the other rooms as a study, dining room and living room so the flat is very spacious.
I would be looking for £600 for rent (including bills) due to the size of the property. The room is equip with an ottoman bed, side table, light, desk/dressing table and storage. I have made it pretty! But am open to suggestions with decorating as I would like it to feel like home for whoever else moves in also.
I live with two cats called Keith (ginger Mainecoon) and Joyce (Ragdoll) who are 10 months old they are very friendly, well mannered and super cute.
I’m also more than happy for you to take a look round and meet the kittens also. :)
