Good value room in student flat

Large house split into 5 flats of 5 people. Good transport links (bus stop outside and between two Metro stops). 2 minutes from shields road for great access to shops and entertainment.

Housemates will be one female (second year) and three males (first years). All are really friendly.

Your bedroom has a built in wardrobe and two windows. The bed is a double. The room is next to the kitchen/living room and has a bathroom next door.

Apologies for any minor differences in price, these will be clarified with Bricks and Mortar. The price is bills included.

Living room has a tv and the wifi is included (we have opted to upgrade to faster wifi for a slightly higher price). Kitchen has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
